How The Pheonix Wellness Collective Helps People

During your first virtual meeting, we will complete an intake. You can anticipate spending 60- minutes during this time to discuss formalities. I will collect various background information (i.e., medical and family history, social, and occupation). The information collected is vital to the work we will do together. We will also delve into the reasons for you seeking counseling service and what you would like to achieve in your exploration. As we continue to build rapport, it is important that we establish healthy coping skills and identify your strengths early on. Once the intake has been completed, the following sessions are roughly 50-minutes in length. Arrangements can be made with your counselor should you need more time. Most therapeutic sessions are attended on a weekly basis, however, is not set in stone. The frequency of counseling sessions is based on your individual needs in collaboration with your counselor.
